I don’t think anyone on earth hate this season .Monsoon season is my favorite as it brings some kind of relief from the sweltering heat of summer. But as we know everything has some positive and negative aspect. The most important thing which I don’t like about this weather is nonstop spell, stagnant water which gives rise to mosquitoes and several other diseases. I am not having a very good experience this monsoon as I am regularly facing one or the other health issues. So I decided to search some of the good remedies to prevent myself from falling ill in this beautiful weather.
So today I am going to share with you some outstanding remedies which can give you some relief if you are not keeping well these days. According to my observation the most common disease in this weather is Cold and flu, Malaria, Water Infection, Food Infection, typhoid, diarrhea and some severe disease like Leptospirosis.
Leptospirosis is a severe disease which can cause respiratory failure, organ failure. Well, there are some precautions you can take to keep these diseases away from you.
There are some tips to prevent you from these diseases:
Drink Plenty of Water: Try to drink as much water as you can this will flush toxins from your body and most important thing it improves your digestive system also it will help you to stay hydrated throughout the day. And I am sure the girls must be knowing the most positive aspect of water. Drinking water can clear up your skin and gives a healthy glow to your skin.
Cleanliness: cleanliness is very important during monsoon. Always remember to wash hands before eating something and always keep a hand sanitizer when you are out.
Maintain Personal Hygiene: Maintain good personal hygiene to protect yourself from any kind of viral diseases. Wash fruits, vegetables and other eatables properly before eating. Parents should always take care that their kids wash their hands properly before having something. Wear properly washed clean clothes properly dried to prevent any kind of skin infection.
Vitamin C is Must: Increase your intake of vitamin C. It is very important because it can prevent you from getting trapped from cold and flu. It also improves your immune system preventing inflammation. As we know the major issue during monsoon is hair loss. Vitamin C also helps to control hair loss.
Avoid Caffeine: Avoid drinking coffee as much as you can during monsoon because it can cause dehydration and can reduce the amount of water in your body. Tis can cause headache and weakness in your body.
Avoid air-conditioned Rooms: Do not enter into air conditioned rooms with wet hair and damp clothes to prevent viral and cold. I know it’s very difficult for the people who are going to air conditioned office daily. I will always suggest you to carry a set of clothes with yourself to prevent yourself from these diseases. And always remember to take a shower immediately if you got wet in the rain t protect yourself from infection.
Avoid Street Foods: Avoid eating roadside foods during such weather and guard yourself from getting trapped of typhoid.
Use Bed Nets: While sleeping use bed nets to prevent you from mosquito bites which can cause malaria.
Pest Control: keep your house clean and pest free during monsoon to maintain hygiene around your surrounding
To have a healthy and romantic monsoon you just need to follow these simple tips to keep yourself fit so that you can spend a quality time with your loved ones.
